Why writing cleans out thoughts and explores the mind!

Writing is one of the best ways you can write down what you are thinking and feeling. It allows you to feel and say whatever is on your mind. You can write to yourself or write to others. There are lots of different ways you can express yourself through writing. You can have someone feel the emotion in your writing by using words of feeling. It helps you think a lot about different problems or events and makes them clearer.
When you write in a journal or document about your thoughts and feelings, it helps you think better. Writing can be one of the ways you come face to face with emotions. It allows you to really acknowledge what you are feeling instead of trying to hide it. It gives you free will to write whatever you want. You are able to clearly understand what you are feeling without the feeling of embarrassment from others. You can look at what you wrote and then ask yourself if it's important to dwell on or not. If you look through all your struggles or concerns ask yourself, which of these are in my control. If you notice that one isn't, don't dwell on it. The more and more you focus on that issue that harder it will be. There are tons of ways you can write about emotions and feelings. Write in the style of a poem, book, document, or journal entry. All of these allow you to feel what's been on your mind, without it taking control of your thoughts.

Try writing about someone you care a lot about or things you want in this world. You don't only have to write about your life and feelings. Talk about how much you care about this one person. The best part about it is, you don't have to show them. You are free to write a heartfelt message that maybe one day you could send to them. You can write a poem about them or even a song about them. There are lots of ways you can use writing to really express yourself and who you are. Sometimes there are words you want to say out loud but are too afraid. That is a natural feeling to have, and everyone feels that. If there is something in world you wish for you can write about that too. Maybe you wish for something like love, friendship, or family. These are great things to write about because you can forever look back at them. You can see what has changed since the last time you wrote about it. If you write about the present, you can look back at it in a couple months. You can see how you changed and how your mindset changed. Change is a very good thing. If you never go through change, you will never learn. With writing you can really see how you mature throughout the years.
Sharing your work with others can really help them and yourself. It allows you to put yourself out there and see what others think. You can take into perspective the good and positive for your writing. Don't listen to hate, listen to constructive criticism. You also can find your audience and those who enjoy your work. What you write about shouldn't live up to others standards other than yours. At the end of the day, you will connect with people who can relate to your writing. You can inspire others to write about their feelings and emotions. It also will help you and make you feel good. Having others that can feel inspired by you could change your mood tremendously. It can make you happier and want to take more risks in life. Being able to turn trauma or different events into a story, is a good feeling. It lets your mind rest from the stress it was causing and allows others to understand their stresses.

Doing writing is one of the best ways to ease your mind and let go of emotions. It helps you develop into who you are by moving forward. Little things like notes can expand your mind and learning. There are millions of people in the world who write and a lot of them say it brings peace. It helps the mind heal by facing those emotions and learning from them. Anytime you are feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, etc., be sure to write what's on your mind. Otherwise, it will make you become stressed and worried. Letting go of the past isn't easy, but it's possible.
